Found what we like at the shop. Shipping was prompt. Although we ordered two boxes, only one was in stock. The one box came with a friendly note that the other box would come ASAP. And then, it was here in just a few days. No reminders or extra phone calls. Just there on the porch like magic!!! Great customer service!
When I saw the price for the cigars I was looking for so low, and never heard of the shop before I was hesitant to order. I called and spoke and they told me the order would go out the next day. I will be back!
I'm happy with the shop. They carried the ring gauge of the cigar I like that my local shop couldn't get, and they are substantially lower than other online outlets and my local tobacconist. I appreciate that when my order comes.
Based on the last two years... Overall my experience has been good; a backorder here and there but eventually received the goods.It has been pleasant to speak on the occasions to call, and always includes a nice little note with your order. Good selection and fair pricing are the upside; I have no problem recommending friends and family. I appreciate having a solid small co to deal with.
